Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Reservations & Operations Agent.

The role is essentially two-fold.

1. Reservations - for reservations, the agent is responsible for handling all reservation requests, managing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that all reservations (accommodation, restaurant, transport, guides, experiences, meeting set ups) fit seamlessly into the overall booking file.

2. Operations -A further critical role to ensure that when the client is on the ground, the client visit goes smoothly and passes without incident. Cross-coordination with any number of stakeholders (hotels, guides, coach companies, drivers, translators etc.) is critical and essential.

具体的な業務内容
1. 予約手配
案件の開始から終了までのプロセス全体を管理し、お客様のご希望の通りすべての予約（宿泊、レストラン、送迎、ガイド、体験、ミーティングセットアップなど）手配

2. オペレーション
お客様が来日後、計画の通りスムーズに進むようにサプライヤーとのコミュニケーション取ること
直前、緊急のリクエストに対応する

求める人材

Qualifications:
Experience (one or more of the following):
◎Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Tourism, with a minimum of 5 years’experience in a similar role in a travel agency / DMC or the hospitality industry.
◎5 or more years’experience in travel or hospitality industry
◎2 or more years’experience in MICE / corporate travel
◎2 or more years in Events / MICE-related roles at a hotel.

Languages:
◎English - business level (reading, writing, listening, speaking) (mandatory)
◎Japanese - business level / N2 (non-native speakers will be tested on these) (mandatory)
◎French or other languages (not required, but considered a strong plus)

Skills:
Knowledge
◎Deep understanding of western culture and client expectations
◎Excellent travel knowledge of Japan
◎International mindset.
Sales
◎Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
◎High degree of customer service and the relevant mindset to accompany it.

Operational:
◎A meticulous eye for detail
◎Hands-on experience with the ability to work as both part of a team and independently.
◎Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and without warning
◎Proactive and preemptive - able to foresee problems and come up with solutions
◎Ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision.
◎Ability to work as a de-facto team leader with excellent interpersonal skills

<必須スキル>
◎旅行代理店/DMCまたはホスピタリティ業界5年以上従事した経験。または日本でのMICE、企業旅行業務、イベント、MICE関連業経験2年以上
◎英語力、日本語（N2以上）。
◎積極的、柔軟性、好奇心、グローバルな視点を持ち、西洋文化とインバウンドへの理解
◎コミュニケーション力あり、チームの一員として、または単独で業務を遂行できる。

<歓迎スキル>
◎フランス語またはヨーロッパの言語
