•Manage the Contracts Manager team based in the defined territories. Handle Key Accounts such as hotel chains as well as keep a role of contracting for identified territories. Meet and or exceed targets as set by the management.
Key Accounts Management:
•Manage the supplier relationship by having monthly review on issues to resolve,
opportunities to develop and where the supplier would need further support from DOTW and implement an action plan accordingly.
Contracting for identified territories:
•Renew contracts, win new contracts, manage free and stop sales as well as any change of allocations, while working closely with Operations and Data Entry teams.
•Identify new opportunities to develop territories and share it with Contracts Manager for them to initiate first contacts for new potential contracts.
•Run rooms night report on a daily basis and compare with the previous year production for individual hotels and chain level.
•Guide the team on contracting procedures, in negotiation and when they need more
support for Key Accounts management.
•Review individual action plan at the bi-monthly one-to- one meeting based on individual weekly report to support team members in achieving their annual targets.
•Organise a monthly team meeting to review the overall team performance, new development opportunities and business overview.
•Review on a quarterly basis the individual team targets and give further support where
