Email Management

Checking and responding to emails regularly
Arrangement & Coordination

Arranging transportation (cars, buses), accommodation (hotels), guides, tickets, etc.
Emergency Support

Handling last-minute changes and cancellations before or during tours
Team Collaboration

Attending team meetings and sharing operational updates
Sales Support

Assisting with quotation preparation and other sales-related tasks
German Language Support

Providing basic German-language assistance for airport/station pick-ups and drop-offs

求める人材

Currently residing in Japan
Experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication skills; sociable and cheerful personality
Physically fit and confident in handling long walking tours
Able to respond flexibly and adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of or strong interest in Japanese culture, history, and religion
German: Native or business level
Japanese: Advanced level
